Music Video Clip: Stand By Me Around the World

Award winning producer and film director Mark Johnson, recorded a guy on his street singing “Stand By Me.” Then he traveled around the world and recorded about 100 other local artists doing the same and he edited some of the snippets of their footage into a video. It’s just too awesome.

There is also a documentary film co-directed by Johnson, expanding on the same idea.

Bizarre/Oddities Video: 16-Pound Facial Tumor Removed from 15yo Girl

Fifteen-year-old Lai Thi Dao suffers from a Schwannoma tumor that has been growing since she was 3. The tumor has severely disfigured her face and kept her from ever attending school.

Schwannoma tumors are usually benign. Lai’s doctors say the size of her tumor is extremely rare, but it probably won’t return once it’s removed.
