Step 1: Right click on an empty spot on your desktop and select New – Shortcut.

Step 2: Type %windir%system32rundll32.exe advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks in the box.

Step 3: Click Next.

Step 4: Give your shortcut a name such as “Clear Memory”.

Step 5: Click Finish and you are done.
