I ran a search for Anakin images and all the ones I came up with didn't match. Anakin wore a different neck style on the shirt/tunic. Incredible likeness, though! My reasoning is that the photo is taken at a very visible angle, slanted to the left. The boy figure is perfectly straight in the photo without relation to the ground. Yes, ghosts don't really have to obey the laws of gravity, but most viable ghost encounters show that the residual energy at least remembers walking straight in relation to the ground.
