Stupid Vanity: Six-Pack Abs Plastic Surgery

Six-Pack Abs Plastic SurgeryWant a six-pack abs but too lazy to do crouches? Well then, do it the American way: with plastic surgery! The suction six-pack costs between $4,000 and $7,000 and is only suitable for certain patients, according Aldo Benjamin Guerra, the Arizona plastic surgeon who authored the abstract.

“You have to have a certain amount of fat. If you have too little or too much you’re not going to get the definition.”

Guerra’s paper looked at the experience of 32 patients. Several had post-operative complications. Six of them had a buildup of fluid known as seroma, which can be drained with a needle. Three had scarring serious enough for Guerra to give them a shot of cortisone. And two patients needed a second surgical procedure to get the desired results.

Software: Fog - The Free, Open Source Ghost

Fog is a basic computer imaging solution for Windows XP and Vista that ties together a few open-source tools with a php-based web interface. Fog doesn’t use any boot disks, or CDs; everything is done via TFTP and PXE. Also with fog many drivers are built into the kernel, so you don’t really need to worry about drivers (unless there isn’t a linux kernel module for it). Fog also supports putting an image that came from a computer with a 80GB partition onto a machine with a 40GB hard drive as long as the data is less than 40GB.
