This new anti-gravity Russian helicopter have motionless rotors!

Well… not really.
It’s actually an optical illusion, a camera trick. The FPS on the video camera are exactly in sync with the rotation of the blades. What results is every frame capturing the rotors in the same position, so it appears that they are not moving.
