In case you don’t know, the New7Wonders organization had an open voting system to elect the new 7 wonders of the World. June 7, the candicates has been announced during the Official Declaration ceremony in Lisbon, Portugal.

The 7 candicates are:
- Chiche’n Itza’, Mexico
- Christ Redeemer, Brazil
- The Great Wall, China
- Machu Picchu, Peru
- Petra, Jordan
- The Roman Colloseum, Italy
- The Taj Mahal, India
