9 people are confirmed missing after a sandboat apparently ignored markers in the water and rammed the bridge,only 2 of the 10 crew on the boat were injured but police are studying CCTV footage from the toll booth to determine how many cars went off the bridge,but police are looking for 9 people that are confirmed missing.
