A poor one year boy from Xiamen China, has never shed a tear since his birth – even if he is in great pain or when he’s upset. Little Xu was born without eyes and two small dimples with smooth skin are found at the eye regions instead. He has no eyebrows, eyelashes and a small pointed nose that resembles that of a small carrot head is located at the center of his little face.
