Eurovision Song Contest 2007
The Eurovision song contest 2007 is over. This year there was many good songs and one great song. And this song was the winner. “Molitva” by “Marija Serifovic”. A great song with a Spartan presentation performed by an ugly singer with a great voice, won the contest, using only the power of music.
At the second place the “catchy tune” of “Dancing Lasha Tumbai” performed with humor by “Verka SERDUCHKA”. I still remember the tune of this song and I’m sure is going to be a big success at the European clubs this summer.
At the third place the “Song #1″ by “Serebro”. A basic modern tune, that I’m struggling to remember what song looks like! Anyway the song, was inside the trend, performed by 3 sexy girls. It was deserving the 3rd place.
I don’t care for the countries, these songs are representing. I don’t care because of the Eurovision country lobbies. Lobbies, based on the country-to-country relations. Thanks to the televoting system, the votes are “smoother” now, but there is “work to be done” and “philosophy to be changed” by many countries (my country Greece is not excluded) in order to vote the best song and not the best country relations. You’re almost sure about the base voting, before the contest. Just take a look at the official scoreboard. It is a mess!! There is no logic at all.
