Pluto, the police dog is useless. His handler is pretty poor too(with all respect). The criminal is not exactly Linford Christie. Mind you as someone that has owned a dog that was a total idiot(Odin). I understand how the poor cop must felt when not only did he make a tit of himself in public, but it was filmed on CCTV.
