Your entry was received but deemed inappropriate in the initial screening process due to the following clause in the official rules:

“ANY VIDEO CONTAINING DANGEROUS, OBSCENE, INDECENT, VIOLENT, SEXUALLY EXPLICIT, DISCRIMINATORY OR OTHER MORALLY OR LEGALLY OBJECTIONABLE DEPICTIONS OR MATERIAL, IN THE OPINION OF THE JUDGES OR THE SPONSOR, WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION OF THE CORRESPONDING ENTRY AND OF THE ENTRANT WHO SUBMITTED IT. ALL ENTRANTS MUST USE CAUTION AND COMMON SENSE IN CREATING THEIR MENTOS GEYSERS.”

You are free to enter another video that is less objectionable and does not encourage potentially dangerous activity.
